The Zenzerro’s Story

Hi, I’m Adam the owner of Zenzerro’s.

It started out with a love for pizza, myself and my brother stuck on a train and a few beers helping the ideas flow, some of the ideas certainly didn’t work out (it might be a while before drones are delivering our pizzas through the letter box), but Zenzerro’s stuck.

Just a few weeks later and after selling the family caravan to get started (sorry kids), a very large yellow van arrived on my driveway and the work started. PHOTO-2017-10-29-16-35-53

It wasn’t much right now, and needed an awful lot doing to it, so I set to work building the interior, and with a lot of help from family and friends the van came together.

Any spare time was spent in the kitchen trying out ideas and finalising the menu.

After a few months of work, the van was finished, and I was able to get the first pizzas cooking out of the big yellow van.

My whole life now seems to revolve around pizza, with it at least constituting 75% of my own diet, so you can be sure every new recipe has been tried and tested by myself, I won’t settle until I’m completely happy with the final product.

A special thanks must go to all my family and friends who helped along the way getting the van to where it is now.

 8/9/19 Update

The yellow van has now gone and been replaced with our brand new purpose built trailer! Watching the van leave was especially sad, as it’s been a huge part of my journey, but we are now moving forward and upgrading!
